Do not go to this dentist!!! It is 2022 and they don't even have the internet (they are too cheap). Everything has to be snail mailed. Have an issue with your insurance, they'll mail it, need your records, they'll mail it, need a copy of something, they mail it. They need to work on their customer service as well. They are extremely rude when you call in, and heaven forbid you are late to an appointment, they treat you like your the worst person in the room. I've switched dentist due to all the administrative hoops you have to jump through.

If you want to step back into the 80's I recommend you go here. Their equipment is so old and outdated it is a joke. I'm just glad I left when I did although they won't release my records. I've asked to come pick up my records and because it doesn't meet their policy they will not release them. This place is the absolute worst!

I have been going to this dentist for years always good work done on my teeth which is why I stayed at the dentist office. However, there people skills not that good. Today, I ran a few minutes late which I have never did always on time, and I was treated like I did something wrong many comments made to me like do you work or did you forget your appointment. I really don't understand the whole matter because I ran a business for years, and this is not how you treat someone.

I always pay my bills up there my insurance covers most of it, but I am not going back. There are plenty of dentists who are alot more understanding if you are running late and only did it one time.

Definitely recommend Dr. Miggantz, I haven't been to a dentist in a while, so when I went we discovered 6-7 cavities + a possible root canal. In about a months time, we've filled all cavities and am scheduled for my root canal. He's helped explain any questions I've had and has been the upmost professional.

He listens to you when you first meet and will make it a point to ask you something about your personal life he remembered. I also respect his dentistry, I never felt unsafe or like I was going to be hurt while he was working.

Worst and only negative Dentist experiences of my life. Said I needed a root canal then never gave me a referral. I assumed he forgot so I called for it. It was then denied to me by both Dr. Mighantz and the secretary. They said we'll talk about when you come back to get the first cavity filled.

He told me I have at least 4 or 5 cavities. I got one filled. I asked for the referral in person. He refused to give me the referral saying wait until we fill some more cavities. Someone else in the field said it was just to maximize how much money could be extracted from me but it was worse even than that. I pressed on it and he said, Maybe you don't need a root canal, I'm not sure.

I canceled all appointments then saw someone else who said based on the xrays that they wouldn't even mail without me first mailing them a check to have them, that there only ever was one cavity, I hadn't had a full rotating xray to determine if I needed a root canal, there was never any reason on EARTH to delay or deny or withhold a root canal referral, and after the CORRECT xray was done, I was immediately given a referral by the competent Dentist. To top it all off he wasn't paying attention to his aide in training and I was coughing repeatedly in front of him on my saliva during the filling and he made a joke about me dying from choking then laughed at me. They should pull his license. Do not ever go there. Jesus Christ.
