She explained each step clearly and even paused to check if I was comfortable during the procedure.

The hygienist used gentle tools for my cleaning, and her tips for sensitive teeth have made a huge difference. They offer same-day appointments for emergencies, handle insurance smoothly, and have a small kids’ area that kept my nephew occupied. It’s dental care with a focus on kindness—we’re already switching our whole family here.

I highly recommend Dr. Nance and his staff. They are top notch providers with very caring attitudes, non judgmental and skilled. I was very nervous about having a root canal on my front tooth ….

the staff made me feel at ease and it was no where near as painful as i had anticipated. The numbing injection was the only pain I felt and was honestly minimal due to the way he injected the medicine. If I needed another root canal I would go back to this office no doubt. 😊

I am giving this place a 1 star only because that is the lowest score possible on this review! My son in law was referred to this office for a consultation on 2 root canals. After the consult he was scheduled for his first root canal. He was given a prescription to take prior to the appt. He took it, arrived to be seen, numbed in the chair ready to go when the "doctor" came in and told him his tooth was to far gone. He paid almost $200 for nothing! He was scheduled to come back 2 weeks later for a root canal on the second tooth.

Again the same thing happened. Only he was charged $285!!! AGAIN for NOTHING! This is a hard working young man who support his family by actually doing manual labor. Something that few boys do this day and time. We are outraged that he has been taken advantage of 2 times by this same doctor! DON'T waste your money here!

My son was referred to this office for 2 root canals. The first appointment was a consultation. Second appointment was supposed to be for a root canal. After taking his medication an hour before appointment and waiting an hour in the lobby, he went back and they told him his tooth was too far gone and needed extracted. Over $100 later and doing absolutely nothing but numbing his gums made another appointment for the second tooth 2 weeks out.

3rd appointment going for his second root canal, same issue but now the bill is $285 for numbing his gums and “poking around in there”. So after 3 visits, missing work, and over $500 later he still had nothing done. I feel like this could have been avoided if he would have taken the time the initial visit to realize he couldn’t do anything for him. He’s a young man struggling to make ends meet like most of us with a baby! He can’t afford to be out of work for NO reason at all. Do better and stop wasting people's money!
