I had spaces on my front teeth. I went here for Invisalign to only close the gap but the treatment took 3 years. My teeth is also moved back instead of closing the gap which is not my ask. After that they told me I have deep bite so it needs another treatment.

They noticed my deep bite after 3 years. Then they told me I need to wait delivery for this new treatment which is now about 4 month. Not sure if it is coming from MARS! I’ve paid $5500 but I don’t recommend even for free!

If you care about your teeth , DO NOT GO HERE. All Hackley cares about is money, she is also super aggressive and rude.

I was the last of our entire family that was still going here but I also give up after so many unnecessary treatments and wasted dollars, all I am left with is more pain and suffering!! Her own staff dislikes her, that says enough! she should’ve been a mechanic because she works on your teeth like mechanics work on cars! There are so many wonderful dentist nearby , I don’t know how she has a 4. 8 on reviews but I would give her -5 stars if I could! Thanks for reading , hope this helps!

I’m sad that I cannot give a good review after my over 5 years of experience as a patient. From the first appointment, I suspected that I might not be in the right place. I was told that I needed braces aka Invisalign. Having had braces before I consulted an orthodontist for a second opinion. The orthodontist told me that getting braces would cause me more problems and was not worth the trouble. On another occasion, I was told there was a shadow around my crown and the dentist wanted to examine further. Since I wasn’t having any pain and a shadow is not enough to convince me to have an exploratory procedure, I declined. Despite having concerns I continued going there out of being lazy.

Prior to my last appointment, I felt like I was having thorough cleanings from the dental hygienists in the office. I also had 1 cavity successfully treated without pain or issues. During my last appointment, I did not experience a thorough cleaning like I’m used to and I asked why. I was told that the dentist now uses dental AI software that identifies everything, so there wasn’t a need to do the same as they have in the past unless it identified something. (There wasn’t an email newsletter or any notification to inform patients of new procedures that would affect their customer experience. ) I was also told that I have a cavity during this appointment, but there was no visible physical signs of the cavity on my tooth. The dental software said that I have a cavity, but a thorough examination of my tooth didn’t seem to have be done. Skeptical due to the over reliance on the software, I went to another dentist for a second opinion.

The new dentist also uses a software, but they do not rely on it to make dental decisions. They found I had no cavities, and there was nothing wrong with my crown. I was also told that I have another health issue that should’ve been watched from the beginning by the other dentist. Unfortunately, I had trust issues from the first appointment, but didn’t listen to my first mind. I’ve since moved on.
