I hate to start by saying, I have SEVERE dental anxiety. I was dreading this appointment. I knew I had to get the shot in the roof of my mouth. Made my anxiety through the roof. Got to this office, and every single person was was nothing short of AMAZING! They are the most kind, understanding and caring office I have ever been to! Dr. Thomas was so patient and gentle.

I never even felt the short in the roof of my mouth. He explained everything as he was going along. I cannot give this dentist and his staff enough praise. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Such a great experience from the most dental phobic person ever! Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

I recently had a very old root canal re-treated by Dr. Thomas and could not have asked for a better experience! He and his assistant were extremely kind and gentle and kept me informed every step of the process. They were present and focused the entire time, unlike other offices where the dentist is juggling several patients at the same time.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful, too. And the entire process was smooth and worth the hour drive. Thank you so much!

Dr. Thomas and his staff were amazing! My dentist referred me to Rochester Endodontics after suffering with 3 days of tooth pain. Dr. Thomas informed me that we had to extract the tooth as it was cracked and couldn't be saved.

I was full of anxiety due to past experiences with dentists and the doctor and his assistant Britnie helped calmed my nerves and walked me through the tooth extraction procedure. I'm grateful I was referred here and highly recommend them.

I drove five and a half hours round trip to Dr. Thomas’ office yesterday and it was worth every second. I was blown away by the compassion, kindness, and bedside manner. I needed a root canal re-treated. The procedure didn’t hurt AT ALL. Jess was an angel and was so patient and explained everything so well.

The front office staff literally 10/10. So nice! I don’t care where you live in Michigan. It is worth the drive! I got my smile and my confidence back. Thank you so much to everyone at Rochester Endodontics.
