Going to the Endodontist can sometimes be an appointment filled with anxiety, but with Dr. Gray’s compassionate care and thorough exam, along with explanation, always results in a positive experience. It is always a team approach that includes my input and discussion before deciding on next steps. I also greatly appreciate Jaime at the reception desk, who has always gone above and beyond and with her friendly personality provides a warm welcome.

At my most recent visit for a root canal, Jen and Sara provided exceptional care and kindness that resulted in reassurance throughout my appointment. I never hesitate to reach out to Rochester Endodontics and know I will be given the best possible care with every call or visit.

Wonderful experience! From the front staff to the assistant to the lady the numbed my mouth were all so great at explaining what they would be doing. They are great at making you feel at ease. I Had Gerald j. Gray do th work on my tooth and he was fast and real with the out come with my tooth.

I HIGHLY recommend him and coming here! You will be in good hands. Staff keep up the amazing work you all do a wonderful job. Thank you for the wonderful experience 😊
