My experience at this dentist's office leaves me to do what I do not usually do - if I could leave negative stars, I would. He had good reviews, so I thought he would be good. The office staff is very good, however the dentist's work left me to have it done correctly at another dental practice. I first had a cleaning done at this office.

The assistant was inexperienced and kept spraying water on my face. At the next appointment, the dentist made a temporary crown, which I was surprised his new assistant put on. The temporary fell off within two days, even though I was eating nothing hard, sticky or crunchy and mostly using the opposite side of my mouth. I went back to have him put it back on.

When the permanent crown came in, it took a lot of adjustments to get it right, and within a week, it too fell off, not because of anything I ate. At this point, I lost trust in this dental practice and found a new dentist who fixed my crown and has since replaced another crown that needed replacing. I was sorry it didn't work out there, but the multiple crowns falling off was most inconvenient and painful.
