Dont mind the bad reviews from single mothers and their kids with no home training. They are great. At the old location it was ok. The dentist was good at his job, would keep going on vacations, they wouldn't notify me, so id show up to my cleaning. No dentist. So i had to wait another 6 months. Happened 3-4 times. Id always show up 15 mins early then end up waiting almost 2 hrs.
But at the new location they have a new dentist. I dont know if they have multiple dentists and i got the better dentist but shes great at her job. I booked the appointment 2 hrs before my work schedule thinking theyll make me wait as usual. I got in and out in 20 mins. Then i had to come back for a filling. I said to my self “ this time itll take for ever for sure” NOPE. They Called my name soon as i sat down, numbed my gums, did the filling all in 30-45 mins max.

Please be on top of new patient appts. My 83 yo father had a new patient appt at 8am today and was turned away after hygienist and doctor reviewed his medical records that morning. First, Hygienist Sue came out stating he had cancer, which is incorrect, so she went back to speak to the dentist and came back and said he needed medical clearance first since he was recently discharged from the hospital.
I understand the latter, but why was his account not reviewed at least the day prior? I received an office text asking to confirm the appt 3 days ahead of today's appt so someone should have notified us ahead of time. Very inconvenient for seniors and the caregivers who are taking them! Rescheduled in the office and the first available is July! Canceled my mom's appt which was right after my dad's and looking elsewhere.

Dentist, hygienist, are very friendly and extremely experienced but the office staffs are so rude. They'll give you an appointment that you have to accept or they'll schedule you for nine or ten months. Maybe they are too busy for service.

My son went there for the first time. I don't know if they do the cleaning and X-ray for my son or not. I have to go the other dentist office because of my son's insurance. The new office sent all the paperwork to dental Penfield, dental Penfield didn't send anything back to the new office.
I called and dental Penfield asked me to sign the consent before they send out paperwork. I signed but the new dental office still doesn't get anything yet. idk what was going on. Did the dental Penfield take X-ray on my son' teeth?
