Thank you Dr. Helfand and staff! I have been a patient there for several years and I have always had a great experience. Just recently I was in horrible pain, I called the office and they immediately accommodated me on the very same day. The staff is very attentive, friendly and professional.

Dr. Helfand took the time to evaluate and consult me and answered all of my questions. I was always terrified of the "dental chair", but the staff immediately welcomes you and assures you are in comfortable setting. Their #1 priority is excellant customer service and they always go above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of! Thank You as always Rockaway Dental!

Worst dentist in New Jersey! Did 16 veneers ! And robbed me for $10k cash they broke the next week said it was not his fault ! Cursed me out sooo unprofessional don’t know how he is a dentist ! Made a complaint to the state board in Newark ! It’s been 4 years now they are still looking into the case ! I would not let him touch my worst enemy ! He is costing me thousands of dollars for the damage he did ! And says there is nothing wrong with my teeth !

Cash Bisn

I went in this office to get a sizing for a crown. I had called previously to ask what the details of the visit was because I’m petrified of needles. I was told that it would just be a mold taken and it would be sent out in the Crown would come in a couple weeks to my surprise. When I sit in the chair, the woman numbs me and I ask her. Oh do I have to get a needle today and she said yes I said I’m sorry I wasn’t prepared.

I didn’t know that I had to get a needle due to migraines that I get when I ever I get a needle for a dentist issue. I have a migraine for two days. Needless to say the dentist comes in Adam. Helmand with a needle 2 inches from my face I said hi sir I didn’t know I was getting a needle today. I’m scared he said me too open up.

I said I’m sorry I didn’t know that I was getting a needle. I think I’m going to have to reschedule he said no you’re not rescheduling with the needle to inches for my face. You’re doing it now or never screaming in my face I said never and walked out. Has no cooth and no bedside manner rudist dentist I’ve ever met in my life and I’m calling the board of dentistry on him
