I'm very confused as to how Dr Roe has a good rating here. I've been trying to book an appointment at this office for over a year. They work extremely slow at scheduling with a text-based system. Looking at other reviews may be accurate that they struggle with long wait times perhaps hiring a stronger staff may benefit them.

Dr. Roe is a wonderfully kind, caring and skilled dentist. She’ll explain to you what’s happening with your teeth and what she—and you—can do about it. She takes the time to provide education to her patients on proper flossing and other oral care.
Dr. Roe also helps her community by supporting Midwest Workers Association. If you want thorough, professional dental care from a skilled practitioner, I highly recommend you set an appointment with Roe Family Dental!

I believe every bad review here. Have tried calling several days and several times throughout the days. No one answers the phone. You can't leave voice-mails because the mailbox is full (I'm guessing that's all of your unreturned calls for appointments. ) atp, I'd be afraid to sit in the chair.
