Overall, I had a good experience and the dental hygienist did a great job cleaning my teeth. However, this was my first time visiting and the dentist didn't even introduce herself, which I thought was strange. I had to look at her scrubs with her name to see who it was. Also, my next cleaning was scheduled for me without asking my availability and it was scheduled for 10 months out.

When I told the assistant that I was used to cleanings every 6 months, she said they're trying to hire more dental hygienists, so it appears they might be short staffed. But, the place was very clean and I was in and out quickly.

I had to wait 35 min for my cleaning. It seemed they were waiting for me to fill out 3 pages of paperwork. You all could have included that in my e mail if I was suppose to up date my personal and medical history. Unfortunately I came right when my appt. Was scheduled due to my PT appt. running back to back with your appt. I didn’t want to cancel because you rescheduled me once already.

I really don't think 5 stars is enough. I had a filling fall out after hours and I sent them a message that night. I got an email the next morning to call them to get in. I have never been established with them. I found them by looking at who my insurance covers, that had late hours and could accommodate my work schedule. They treated me as if I have been a patient with them for years. I felt so comfortable. They filled my tooth and fixed another one right then.

They were so kind and compassionate. I will be staying with them. I recommend them to anyone that has had a bad dental experience. Dr. "Jim" Rogers made you feel at ease. The whole staff seemed to truly enjoy their work environment and it come across with their patient interactions. I can not thank them enough for fitting me in and getting my tooth fixed!
