Roland’s Orthodontics is a wonderful dental office! My son has received nothing but the best dental care from each and every staff member here at Roland Orthodontics. You really feel like family when you walk through the door. There is a clear sense of trust and care coming from all the staff, each one went above and beyond to make us feel both educated and comfortable. The waiting room is comfortable and accommodating for families or individual patients/parents to wait in.

My son’s braces were installed with great care and gentleness and I was delighted to hear and observe their friendly explanations to him while they worked. Afterwords, he received an in-person meeting with Dr. Roland herself, a complimentary hoodie and braces care package filled with quality samples of all his future dental needs. It's a very respectful offering to the patients who are obviously paying for such great and thorough care.

They don't miss a beat! My son is pleased and comfortable each and every visit and we anticipate bringing our other children here as well--when the time comes. After recently moving across town to Chili NY, our family is both pleased and willing to make the 20min drive for each appointment--because the care is so exemplary! Thank you to everyone at Roland’s for making one more medical priority of life—easier. Love this place!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Roland for several years. She has had extensive dental work done due to a pre-existing medical condition and dental appointments are not always easy for her. I can not say enough about the entire staff and Dr. Roland. They go above and beyond to make sure the child is comfortable and happy.

The day my daughter needed braces, she was very anxious while we were driving to the appointment. The minute we walked into the office and she started talking with the staff, she calmed right down. I would highly recommend Dr. Roland for anyone in the Rochester area needing an Orthodontist. They are truly the best.

All 3 of my kids went to Roland. My youngest just got his braces off today. There are no words for how grateful I am and what an amazing job they do there. You’re treated like family and not a customer. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to any one of all ages!
