Avoid This Office at All Costs! I had the worst experience with this office, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you value respectful and professional service. The front desk staff is absolutely the most rude and disrespectful team I've ever encountered. Their attitude is beyond unprofessional and, frankly, unacceptable for any healthcare setting. To make matters worse, Dr.

Alissa Roman herself was equally unhelpful and passive-aggressive when I called to resolve a billing issue. I was simply trying to clarify my deductible and pay a portion of the bill. The front desk staff had listed incorrect items on my bill and had previously told me I would receive no further charges, so I needed clarification. Dr.

Roman, instead of offering assistance, hung up on me after taking my cc info. This kind of behavior from both the front desk and the physician is completely unacceptable. If you're looking for a practice where you'll be treated with respect and professionalism, and have accurate billing do yourself a favor and avoid this office at all costs.

I have learned so much in my last few visits about improving home dental care.
