Extremely unprofessional from the front desk all the way to the doctors. I truly don’t know how this office is still in business. I wouldn’t even send my worst enemy here. Clearly all the good reviews are coming from them because everyone I have talked to has never had a good experience here.

Update: It is now January and I am getting threatening letters of bill collection from United Concordia for the two checks issued to us that we submitted to Rose Tree Dental. Obviously Rose Tree Dental never paid them back. I wouldn’t touch this office with a ten foot pole now unless you want months of bill collection notices due to the inability of their new management company to correctly bill! We have been longtime patients at Rose Tree.

The three stars are only for the remaining wonderful staff, but their new management and billing office is a joke. The Rose Tree pediatric office my children have been going to for 11 years shut down and I never received anything (even though I was told “letters were sent in June”), we have been getting bills and insurance reimbursements for dentists that aren’t even in their practice, and today we were threatened with being sent to collections unless we paid Rose Tree Dental for a reimbursement check that was mistakenly sent by United Concordia to us (that we don’t have!!). Beware.

This is not the same fantastic office it was. This new management company is destroying what was.

Update: I gave them another chance and they canceled my hygienist appointment again. I will not be returning. I need a dental office who actually care about their patients. Last 5 times I have had to be rescheduled or canceled. About a week ago I received a call regarding my hygiene appointment, stating that I needed to rescheduled because a dental hygienist took vacation. As I can completely understand rescheduling.

. I didn’t not think it was professional to tell me that it was because of a vacation. There has been multiple scheduling issues prior just getting in for a cleaning. I have been a patient here since 2016 and since the “Smile” team has taken over the office it just hasn’t been the same. On a better note, I made it in today for a cleaning with the newest hygienists, Juliana! She was very informative, patient, and super kind! I hope she sticks around at Rose Tree Dental! I will definitely be back for her cleanings!

I have been going to this practice for 17 years and loved this practice for much of the time. In fact, I probably gave them a favorable review at one point but I take that back. It’s been downhill since Dr. Lieberman left a few years back. And then more recently—it has been bad enough for me to move on. Lots of staff have left. Service has not been great.

More recently I had an appointment the first week of December. I received a text—not a call a couple days before stating my appointment was canceled because the hygienist was unavailable and that I would be on a call list. Weeks go by and I didn’t hear from anyone so I called to schedule and was told they were booking more than 6 months out. Why am I waiting 6 months? You cancelled my appointment—unapologetically and cannot schedule me for anything sooner because you are short on hygienist? So I am supposed to go a year without an appointment? No thanks. I moved on.
