UPDATE: Dr. Cooper took the initiative to reach out and gather more information regarding my experience based on my review. I found this to be commendable, as it demonstrates his concern not only for his current patients but also for potential patients and their experiences. He mentioned that he had discussed the matter with his receptionist and made the necessary recommendations. He also pointed out that around 98-99% of his patients have had positive interactions, which is reflected in the reviews.

Unfortunately, my experience fell within the 1-2% range, and as we know, not every day is perfect. Nonetheless, I believe it's important to extend grace. Despite my experience, I encourage you to read the reviews highlighting the excellent work he has done. This is customer service! Unfortunately, my first impression of the front desk was disappointing.

The receptionist went through the process of scheduling my appointment and requested my customer ID number. However, just ten minutes later, when I called back to provide more information, I was informed that the appointment had been given away, despite her earlier assurance that it was confirmed. When I followed up to inquire why the appointment was no longer available, she simply said, "well, that appointment is no longer available. " Customer service is essential in any practice, and this experience highlighted that for me.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice! I called on a Tuesday and had my first visit on a Thursday. Dr. Williams was so personable and warm! She made me feel at ease as she cleaned my teeth and kept me informed about things I needed to know. Will be returning and bringing my whole family with me!
