Unprofessional and poor office manager staff, Tiffany, who lacks social, communication and customer service skills l. I was treated as a number, used abrasive, demeaning, condescending word, tone, along with a poor and defensive attitude. Improper handling of X-rays. They rely on iCloud technology and software for X-rays and lost them. If I had not have followed up and been persistent I would have forgotten about them and still been responsible for charges.

Lack of a proper IT department and reliable 3rd party service. It had been about 10 years since I had visited their office, it was much more personable and nicer visit, instead, it was a very unpleasant experience with the office staff. Nice hygriensts and Dr, I hope he doesn’t lose any more patients, as one patient/customer represents 10 or 20 who want to say something but simply don’t provide feedback. No apologies from office staff Tiffany and didn’t care if I even returned. I think the Dr is more concerned about productivity than feedback from patients…sad day.

Here is the voicemail “… Hi, this message is for Jason. This is Tiffany. Calling you back from Rosewick dental we just heard from our imaging IT regarding your ray And after they looked into everything, they said that, unfortunately those x-rays did not get saved to our local company You here in the With that being said They're not in our backup Got saved So what I will be doing is contacting your Delta dental, letting them know to reverse that payment I do not have those x-ray And I did hear your voicemail that you left a little bit ago, letting us know that you won't be That That from your insurance If you have any other questions or concerns, you can give us a call other than that I will cancel your January appointment and deactivate Thank you so much, Jason…”

Mine is cosmetic and I’m so happy with the results 😁, my teeth 🦷 glow in the dark, seriously they are beautiful. Great team, educated staff, and Dr Orley is the very best, professional, highly qualified, and listens. 😁

I have been a patient at Rosewood for more than 20 years. The hygienists are friendly and very capable and always have a smile on their face. Dr. Orley is the best. He is always pleasant and treats me with respect. The receptionist is always friendly and very efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
