I can't speak any higher for them I had a broken molar and the nerve pain was starting to set in and I needed the tooth pulled. Everyone working there was very nice, understanding, and professional. They clearly explained my options for the problem tooth and payment. Before you know it I had my problem tooth pulled (painless might I add) and I was on my way.

I had a cracked tooth and Dr. Shah filed it down and put a crown on it. It was still bothering me a few weeks later and they worked hard to get me in on a Saturday to have it checked. They filed it down in hopes that it was a bite issue. Unfortunately, it was still hurting a few days later so I called again. They made an appointment for me for the next day that worked around my work schedule and when I walked in, they were prepared for a possible root canal. I didn't expect to have a root canal that day, but after looking at my tooth, Dr.

Shah explained it was the best option to stop my pain. I was afraid as I had never had one, but the hygienist was kind and patient, answering all of my questions. Dr. Shah was quick and thorough. It wasn't bad at all -- under an hour and I feel so much better! They made everything seem so easy. I cannot thank them enough for working extra hard to make sure I wasn't in pain anymore. I HIGHLY recommend Round Lake Family Dentistry!🙂

Dr Shah was amazing and fun for my 5yr old. The hygienist on the other hand was nice, but could have used some playful fun voice and expression. I let the office know it was my daughter's very first time at the dentist.

Missed opportunity to be more excited to see her and make her first appointment an adventurous experience. The hygienist code have accommodated her personality to her mini customer.

I had an amazing first experience. I made a consultation for a painful wisdom tooth and had it removed that day within an hour. Dr. Shah and staff made me feel so comfortable.

This was for a tooth that has caused me great pain and anxiety while trying to find someone who was equally trusting and caring. I plan on having the rest of my wisdom teeth removed at this practice and highly recommend it to anyone else needing the same. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being so kind and helpful!
