Dental treatment is not something I look forward to, but after visiting Dr. Zina Alwash's clinic, I feel comfortable with my dental appointments, because she has made my experiences very pleasant. We have been going there for a few years now, and every visit is better than the other. She is very polite, and gentle with your teeth. She takes her time to give you the best results. She is a perfectionist in her job, and treats her patients like family. She is amazing in diagnostics of dental pains.

I went to many doctors for an ear pain that I was having, but they didn't know the cause. Dr. Zina diagnosed my pain, and said that it was because of my jaw joint, and gave me a nightguard. That helped me fix my ear pain that I had for months. I am very thankful towards her. Her staff are exceptionally polite, helpful, and accommodating. Most especially, Toula, Amy, Wendy, and Aileen are our favourite.

Toula is very cooperative, and is a humble lady, who always welcomes you with a smile. Amy always gives us nice gifts, and is kind towards children. Toula and Amy always give my kids coins, to get gifts from the vending machine. Wendy is a very gentle, and polite hygienist. Aileen is a very humorous, and loving lady, who is always ready to help. The Royal Crest Dentistry really quickly became my go-to dental clinic. It’s an amazing place and it is extremely obvious that they work with care. Very welcoming and friendly environment, here I always felt super safe.

I’m not the biggest fan of dentists usually, but Dr. Zina and her team made the process so simple and straightforward that it made me change my opinion about dentists overall! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I found Royal Crest Dentistry through Google reviews, and I can confidently say they were all 100% accurate. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, setting the tone for a great visit. Dr. Zina is professional, gentle, and highly skilled— I had my wisdom teeth removed and a filling done, and both procedures were handled with such professionalism, care, and efficiency. The team made sure I was comfortable throughout, explained everything clearly, and followed up to ensure my recovery was smooth.

The clinic is clean, modern, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. I truly felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. I’m now looking forward to starting my Invisalign treatment with them and feel confident that I’ve found a dental team I can trust long-term. Lovely experience. Wendy the hygienist was gentle and kind. Dr. Zina Alwash was patient in explaining to me what she'd recommend for my dental care. Toula and Anne were warm and caring.
