This was my first time at Royal and I was very happy with my experience. It had been 4 years since I’ve been to a dentist, but the staff made me feel completely at ease and it was overall a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future!

So I went to this dental clinic which clearly says “Walk ins welcome” Waited for about 25 mins or so, while the front desk (latina) and some lady (black) in a purple clinic gown were talking to another patient. The black girl later went to the back, I was NOT acknowledged or welcomed or even given any eye contact or smile. After waiting for about 25 mins for the conversation with the previous lady to be finished.

I approached the front desk lady for an emergency visit, the lady immediately told me they don’t provide emergency visits or touch other works that has been done by another dentist. I asked her to kindly present my situation (recementation of temporary crown-my dentist is out of town) to the doctor and she adamantly told me that she is the front desk and she is in charge and refused to go get a second opinion. She went further to tell me that any patient that comes in must have a full set of xrays and treatment done.

Considering I’m in the same profession and what I needed is a classic emergency visit in general dentistry/prosthodontics, this is Ludacris!!!! I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS CLINIC. Customer service and my experience was horrible!

The dental staff were very helpful, pleasant, and professional. This was my first visit but was able to get started with my treatment plan today. Everyone was very considerate of my time. The dentist was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. She explained everything in lay terms. Will definitely refer this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
