I’m very impressed by this office! Their very kind front office rep Jalisa was able to get me in soon when I had tooth pain. Dental Assistant Shirley was great and explained every step of the way what I could expect. Dr.

Booker was so kind and I was thankful for his conservative approach! Lastly Ashley was so helpful and took the time to print out my dental insurance and explain all of my benefits. I also love that they text you instead of calling. I’d recommend this office to anyone in the area that needs dental care!

So I am a new patient at Royal Lakes and I haven't been to a dentist in 8 years since my braces due to fear of costs and having a previous bad experience at another dentist and oral health just wasn't something I thought was super important as long as I brushed my teeth. So I came in to try and work out a plan to get back on track and I felt like I had cavities that needed looked at and since it's been a while and my husband had to have oral surgery with them 3 weeks ago and had a great experience I figured I would give them a shot. Dr. Booker was amazing. Of course my teeth are in bad shape I need a couple crowns, fillings, and a deep cleaning due to bacteria sitting under my gums but even though I was in bad shape with my teeth he worked out a treatment plan and we will begin working on getting back on track together with my oral health because he did explain to me how important it is especially since I'm a big soda drinker. . .

and I can't give up soda. I've tried. . . maybe can cut down my amount but it's just a bad addiction because I've never been a water drinker. So as you can imagine I have a lot of work I need done on my teeth. .

. but Dr. Booker and his staff made my first visit very pleasant trying to figure out a treatment plan that will get me back on track. He was very professional and even though I could tell he was a little disappointed I haven't been in awhile he assured me that we can work on it and get me back to a good standing on my teeth and oral care. I am excited to begin my journey with Royal Lakes

Having a tooth pulled was like the ultimate nightmare scenario for me. Although I cried like a baby and took up all sorts of extra time, Dr. Booker was very patient with me. I think he did a good job. 10 out of 10 would not recommend having a tooth pulled. But if find yourself in this horrific predicament, I would go here. It was not painful. Didn't feel any pain at all in the office. I was just scared.

Completely horrified to be honest. Everyone on the staff was very nice. Dr. Booker has excellent credentials and has been a dentist for a long time. He's pulled a million teeth and mine was like a million and one. We're also doing a bridge to fill the gap. We'll see how that goes. Certainly won't be as bad as pulling a tooth out.
