All staff were super nice and polite and the office was clean and bright. I went in for a consultation and I needed paperwork to bring back to my oncology team for their approval before I get any dental work done. Dr. Aiello was really nice and explained the problem I was having and wrote up the description for my oncology team to review.

I’ll go back as soon as I get my approval. Update: I was given clearance by my oncology team to do the procedure that I needed and Dr. Aiello and her staff were super accommodating to my medical needs. Thanks so much💪

My dental hygienist Olia, is amazing! Extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She is very gentle using the tools and takes great care when using them. I have complete confidence in her abilities. She is also very personable, and always greets you with a smile and pleasant conversation.

The best dental care team I’ve ever worked with. Always a pleasant experience (yes, visiting the dentist can be a pleasant experience). My regular hygienist, Chris, is always efficient but delicate - he takes care of my teeth thoroughly, without causing pain (or stress). Will be a customer for life. Highly recommend Royal York Dental.

Had a cleaning one day and cavity repairs a few days later. Each was done very professionally, and cheerfully. No one really enjoys a dental visit, but this was about as close as you could hope for. Each pro was personable, and got the job done neatly and efficiently. I won't overwait my next visit. Thanks to all the staff as well.
