I have been going to Dr. Beicos for over a decade and have had nothing but stellar experience from her and the staff there. Dr. Chowdhury has also been awesome when I needed some additional wisdom tooth pulled and was great at explaining the process every step of the way. I have recommended several friends that have gone there and experienced A+ service as well.

Dr. Beicos is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever met. I had the worst experience of my life. She ruined my mouth,my appearance and my health. My mouth is aligned,it is not in the proper position any more,which affects my face as well. She never treated me on time,destroying my mouth. Seemed that she always needed to earn time,to cover her mistakes. I went to other dentists because I felt helpless, and they got shocked from what they saw. Dr Beicos let me have a loose bridge for 2 years till my teeth got rotten and I had to pull them out,4 teeth at the same time,since she didn't treat them on the right time and right way. She made me a 7 tooth bridge ,just one piece,which kept getting loose every two months. I had to go to her office every 2 months to cement it,until she cut it in half ,and after that it went in the garbage;brand new bridge ,didn’t last even 1 year.

She loaded me with antibiotics,I took amoxicillin 4 times in 5 months,because I kept getting infections,since my teeth didn’t get treated. Dr. Beicos grinded with the drill my other bridge,and my own teeth so she could change the way of biting,made a partial that never fit properly. My teeth (top and bottom don’t touch each other at all,I can not bite. Technically I have to fix the entire mouth). Then Dr. Chowdhury,who works with her,told me that I needed 4 implants,and without telling me put only 3. (I had enough bone for 4). He never made a plan how to put implants and what to do with my mouth,never explained to me anything. What is most important,the implants are not in the center of the tooth,in the right place,so it is very challenging to make a bridge for the implants. I emailed and called them a lot of times,but,Dr.

Beicos preferred to ignore me and my calls. I believe I need to make a report ,follow the legal way and try to have my mouth back. I am not sure if I will be able to have my mouth as it used to be. So frustrated and disappointed. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. The worst experience ever. I wish nobody else gets this kind of experience from the dentist. Really Sad.
