I met Dr. Marc Rubinstein when I lived in Silver Spring more than five years ago, now I live in Arlington, VA and drive all the way to Rockville because I really appreciate several things about the service is provided at the center. First of all the ladies at the front desk are always helpful and make a huge effort to accommodate my needs to their schedule, they always smile, and I can see it now even through the masks they all wear.

Working with Dr. Marc Rubinstein as a patient is also very rewarding, he not only takes the time to make sure that you understand what he suggests as part of your treatment, but also that you feel comfortable with it. His drawings are very helpful :) The results of his treatments have always exceeded my expectations and the technology that he has available at the center supports his high professional standards.

I will keep coming to Dr. Marc Rubinstein's center not only because he takes good care of my dental health, but because he also cares about helping me keep a beautiful smile.

I've been a patient here for several years (almost 20 years) and I've actually tried to avoid coming because of the front desk staff. I don't think I've ever had a positive interaction with Frances and just was too nice to ever call her out on her rudeness. Love the technicians that I've engaged with who are entirely sweet, but gosh - I would love to avoid Frances altogether.

Finally decided to find a new practice because I never felt welcome here.

I've been going to Dr. Rubinstein for the past 2 years. I'm very pleased with his service. His staff is friendly and professional. They are very punctual with my appointment. I never have an extensive wait.

What I like the most is that they offer Saturday appointments which work very well with my schedule. This dentist does good work. My teeth feel extremely clean and white when I leave his office. I highly recommend Dr. Rubinstein.
