Rubinstein Dentistry has been taking care of our family for years. We trust Dr. Marc and his staff completely, and always get the best care there, with everything from routine cleanings to an emergency root canal that my husband just had to have. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a dentist in the Rockville area.

The staff is extremely professional. My hygienist Heidi, is always patient and gentle and does a great job! Dr. Marc is no old school dentist, he's patient and gentle with state of the art technology. I always recommend Rubinstein Dentistry to friends and co-workers.

I have been using Rubinstein Dentistry for many years and have only good things to say about them. The office is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Frances has gone above and beyond with any insurance issue I've encountered. The dental hygienists are always very thorough when checking my teeth and gums and of course cleaning my teeth.
Dr. Marc is very professional and has done excellent work handling my dental needs over the years including fillings, tooth extraction, crowns and dental implants. I highly recommend this practice.

Great hygienists and techs, but the worst admin team! We have had many issues with them. From the head of admin, Francis, to other staff not knowing what to do. Francis has always been rude and given terrible customer service. She would say one thing, when the staff would say another.
It’s just clear they have had a revolving door for their admin team and no proper training. I was given similar sentiments from the staff themself! It’s sad to post this because Eveything else has been well and the cleaning and tech staff were always great with their roles. It’s just been incredibly frustrating dealing with their customer service! We have left the practice because of it.
