I have been trying to get a call back for 3 months for my child to get a referral to get a root canal and no reply. We've had 1 appointment and they said she needs braces but needs a root canal. I have called 3 days or more each week and get the answering service. I have left a message every time for a call back. No call back has been done once.

Her appointment was in February 2025. I love 2 hrs away so i can't drop in. I'm going to just try a different dentist. This is ridiculous.

It’s hard finding a good dental place that takes Medicaid patients. I drive three hours every appointment to get my dental care here, and it’s 100% worth it! I had dental fillings done two weeks ago and I have not had any issues with healing or pain, they were professional and kind. I let them know that I never had cavities until now and they did their best to prevent my nerves from getting to me. 4 days ago I had a dental surgery for all four molar (wisdom teeth) removal.

I was properly given medication to manage my pain and prevent infection and inflammation, the surgeon Dr. Way called me Saturday morning to check on me and make sure I was able to pick up my medication. The dental assistant was also a blessing during both procedures.

Made an appointment and waited over a month, for a decaying tooth that needs to be pulled asap. It’s painful and finally the day comes and I arrive at 4:05 for my appointment at 4 and they can’t see me. Next appointment is 3 months away.

I understand that I’m late but 5 minutes is insane. They close at 5 and have no grace period for 4 o clock appointments and are “already running behind”.
