I was very nervous to get a root canal done again. The last root canal I had at another office was a terrible experience. However Dr Labuda was WONDERFUL. They make you feel like family there and explain everything in detail. I would 10/10 recommend them every single time.

Kayla is a rock star hygienist. She talked me through gum recession from brushing too hard and hooked me up with a water flosser discount. My teeth feel amazing, and I can't wait to go back in 6 months! 10 of 10 highly recommend!

Initially at first they seemed really nice and like they wanted to help. It wasn't my first choice but that is what my Medicare insurance stated that they were in network with them, however after running my insurance it didn't cover anything that I needed to have done, I had that in the back of my head that something would most likely fall through. I was never a fan of the dentist and I needed extensive work. They printed off a quote of how much it would be and I knew that I needed sometime to think. I went ahead and let them scan my mouth like they offered to do and asked how long all of this work would take. I only moved here temporarily and didn't have much choice but to stay put. I also haven't been able to find any work, not that I can really do much that long because of being disabled.

If you look at me, my disability isn't 100% noticeable and people discredit and down play everything as oh she's just mental health (also a disability) or I'm just some kind of lazy drug addict that doesn't want to work. The dental work was going to take quite some time, more time than I would be here and would be able to afford in the long run. I was assured that if I didn't want to continue or go forward after the scan for the try-ins I didn't have to. That's what I decided to do after realizing that I wouldn't be able to survive on the amount of money I would have left afterwards. I thought that they would take what I said into consideration and be okay with that I would reschedule at a later date if I decided to move forward. I then continued to receive multiple appointment reminders that I had to explain that I would not be moving forward and that I had plans on moving before the dental work would even be finished. At that point I had to block the number from even calling or texting my phone.

I threw away $500 from my disability that I could have used to pay rent or whatever else I needed to take care of myself with. Plus whatever the insurance did cover from the initial visit. I had to even go to the bank and come back the next day with cash because of the bank shutting my card down to a fraudulent charge I didn't authorize the same of my appointment. (How embarrassing) It's like the intelligence wanted to find any which way to keep me from getting my smile back. While waiting you could hear the women talking about welfare not being accepted there and no one takes it around here anywhere. (Not everyone likes to be on welfare or has a choice) Clearly these people don't really care about the job or making people feel better again, only out for money and people who are overly established that prey on those less fortunate than them.
