This dentist is the best I've experienced in my life at numbing the mouth without feeling it in the slightest. No pinch no burn no pressure nothing. He knows where the tender spots are and how to keep your anxiety low and your comfort level high.

His assistant goes out of her way to answer questions like its not the thousandth time she's been asked. This provider also doesn't have a long wait time to be penciled in my average wait has been 3 weeks and when I'm in pain it may be same day!🥹

Aug 27 they redid a filling of mine because I was having sensitivity to sweets. Dana was rough and kept hitting my front teeth with the heavy objects every time she pulled her hands out of my mouth. She used a “sandpaper floss” in between my teeth and kept hitting my lip. I was numb for 9 hours.

There was way too much filling so I had to come back two days later so they could file it down because I couldn’t even comfortably shut my mouth due to the bite being so off. I kept calling back and they said it was normal for it to be sore for about two weeks. They prescribed me an antibiotic that really did nothing. I still can’t chew on that side, it aches all day, and now I have sensitivity to cold things.

I went to a second dentist for another opinion and they did an xray. Rushville Family Dental left a void in my filling and did a shoddy job on my 6 month cleaning. So, now I have to wait 6 months for a proper cleaning and another 2 months to get this filling redone, AGAIN! Don’t go here if you want good dental care and your pain to be taken seriously.

I would definitely not trust them and go somewhere else. A couple years ago I was told I had tons of cavities and let them fill some of them until I couldn’t stand it anymore and left still needing fillings. It was the worst experience of my life. I left so sore and in pain. My bite was so bad that I couldn’t chew food for months until I got into a new dentist. The new dentist cleaned my teeth properly, and fixed my bite so that I could finally chew.

They also told me they seen no cavities and that I had none that still needed filled. I thought it was odd to begin with because I had never experienced any kind of pain or cavity my entire adulthood. This still haunts me which led to my review. I am extremely thankful for my new dentist in Muncie that got me figured out and back to normal. They even were shocked as to what happened to me here.
