I have been a patient of Dr. Jay’s for the past 7+ years and have never been disappointed! The staff and Dr. Jay are amazing and very patient and comforting. The entire is staff is wonderful but a special ‘shout out’ to Tina, Laura and of course Dr. Jay! Thank you for always making me feel calm and comfortable! I highly recommend this office for dental needs.

I love this practice and staff. I used to have extreme dental anxiety that kept me from getting any work done on my teeth, but everyone here is so kind and patient that I'm so much more at ease. I need a lot of work done, but it's so reassuring to not dread going to the dentist anymore! They were also very understanding of my financial situation when I didn't have insurance, and I've never felt pressured to do more than what I could afford.

My husband's family has been going here for a long time, and I can see why.

My family has been going to Dr. Jay for years and I think it’s time to stop. My mother needed an emergency repair in February and the office was able to get her in the next day. This was great, however after interacting with Dr. Jay’s dental assistant, we will never return. She belittled my mother because she didn’t expect to get charged $400 (for something that was previously $85).

The woman asked if she would be paying cash, to which my mother replied she wasn’t prepared with that amount of cash today. This woman had the AUDACITY to tell my mother something to the tune of “if you didn’t spend your money on designer clothes, maybe you could afford the bill. ” Are you kidding me!? She was wearing a Patagonia jacket, she wasn’t wearing Louis Vuitton. And even if she was, who does this woman think she is to judge a patient. As a person who works with people from all walks of life, I cannot believe this woman is considered a healthcare professional. This woman, and this woman alone, lost Dr.

Jay my family’s business. Do better. Show compassion. Your staff used to be fantastic.

My best friend has been going to Dr. Jay's for over 10 years. So they recommended the office. Years ago the staff were very kind and it was a welcoming family environment. Now, not only are they rude but you can't get seen for months when you try to make an appt. The staff members talk down to you about payments and overcharge.

I was stuck in traffic and had to cancel and the woman who answered rudely said "you're canceling" it was for 10am and it's 1001am" as if I stole money. I will have to impose a $50 fee. Sooooo you get $50 for 1 minute but I have to sit and wait hours when I have appts. ? At least I called and didn't no show. I realize this is a standard practice in medical fields to charge for being late but 1 minute really? She had no care or concern and didn't bother to ask if I needed tp reschedule. I think it's time to find another dentist.

The staff are far too rude and look down on you. Dr. Jay is a nice guy to your face but his staff members are a revolving door who get worse every year. Clearly all is not as it seems.
