Superb dental skills. Always makes time for emergency treatment. Kind, caring, pleasant, virtually painless treatment. My wife and I have been patients for 15+ years and love this practice! I am a big proponent of regular dental cleaning. Their hygienists are very good. Has restored my gums and kept them healthy. Never lost a tooth since I have been visiting Dr. Avrutin!

If you value your time avoid this dentist practice. You will spend countless hours dealing with billing issues. Revising my 5 star review due to changes at this dentistry practice. Ever since they sold the business things have not changed for the better. There have been more billing mistakes and first time with a new hygienists was painful. They also have a new dentist who seemed unknowledgeable and wasn't unable to answer my hygiene questions.
Then I called to speak with them about the billing mistake and they were unable to help due to computer system issues. Downgrading again to 1 star from 3. A year later they continue to have issues with billing both my wife and I incorrectly. The staff is incompetent to the point I will now find a new dentist.

As someone who is extremely anxious about anything involving dental work, I can honestly say that every experience I have had at Rye Family Dentistry has been wonderful (despite the cavities). The technicians and dentists are knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable during my visits. I am very happy to have moved to New York and found a place I can trust with my dental health.
