Both of my granddaughters go to Dr. Jones. Her staff is wonderful with children. They have gone out of their way to make both girls comfortable, respected, and unafraid. The first time our youngest went, she was extremely nervous and tearful.
Dr. Jones sat down with her and read her a book before she examined her teeth!! 6 years later, Ellie still remembers that and loves her for her care and attention. This is the BEST dentist in town for children. They take their time, do an excellent job, and always care for their little patients.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Jones for over 10 years and has always received excellent care. The staff is top notch and always caring and knowledgeable. Now a teenager, he still loves going to the dentist and enjoys his prize afterwards!

Took my son to her right before the pandemic hit, my son was 4 at the time and had a cavity, she cleaned the cavity out and my son literally freaked out during this process, she literally left a hole in his tooth because she couldn't fill it because of him freaking out so badly. Therefore he was scheduled not once but twice to have a surgery to fill the hole where the cavity was. The surgery was cancelled twice by the surgeon, then the pandemic hit and now that he is a little older, i figured he could handle going back to her without freaking out. I called and requested an appointment and was told he would have to be considered a new patient since it has been a while since she saw him, and they weren't taking new patients at this time. Then I told her that when she had left that hole in his tooth it has decayed around it and she argued with me telling me that there was no way she left a hole in his tooth like that.
. . uumm excuse me, but that was the whole reason for scheduling the surgeries that never took place. She told me I'd have to find another dentist. .
. My son was traumatized by the experience from there and has been terrified to go ever since.

I wouldn't recommend Kimberly Jones to take care of my dogs teeth let alone a child! I took my daughter here before her 2nd birthday. My daughter got her teeth in at 4 months old and had severe silent reflux, first she shamed me saying that her top teeth enamel was ruined/decayed because I gave her bottle at bedtime (again her teeth came in at 4mos) with early teeth plus silent reflux I doubt the bottle was the cause. .
. then during the exam she held my daughter down and used the palm of her hand on her nose to force her mouth open! I should have walked away then!!!! They put her to sleep to do baby root canals and caps on all 4 of her upper teeth. A year later all 4 of those teeth came out! The root had separated from the teeth! They were just basically sitting in her gums causing abcesses.
(They came out by another dentist) because Jones said nothing was wrong! My daughter is now 7 years old and HAS severe anxiety going to the dentist and I know it was caused by her! Absolutely do NOT recommend for children!! I'm still bitter about how they handled her and I wish I chose different to start with!
