I walk-in for a cleaning, Mr. Sachs' (don't care if he has a outdated piece of paper that calls him a dentist) then decides to do an exam on me, and after 10 seconds of looking into my mouth he says he thinks I have this gums disease, and then 5 minutes of him probing into my mouth, he says that I have periodontal gum disease and that a normal cleaning won't help at all and could make my gums worse than better and I need a "special" cleaning. . . well, I just had extensive work done on my teeth by a specialized dentist that is a family friend out of state literally a week prior to this "cleaning" I scheduled. I talked to my friend about this while there and he said EVERYONE has periodontal to some extent and that a normal cleaning would be the ONLY thing necessary for my case after they had done the work they performed because I am FAR from it being any concern to me.

They had done multiple x-rays on me, including 3-D x-rays, and after I had this experience, I called them and they confirmed for me that this dentist is conniving. Only reason I came here was cause my family friend wasn't able to do a cleaning while I was there. After explaining this he then tried to say that my family friend's work wouldn't be effective and that my teeth are destined to fall out. With that, I got up out of his chair and proceeded to walk out of his office. While walking out he then groveled and followed me out to the lobby and said he'd be willing to have his hygienist work on me. I have never had a medical/dental professional be this blatantly be a con.

I do not recommend Mr. Sachs. You are a paycheck to him. There are multiple reviews as well that confirm this. Don't trust him.

Dr. Sachs was patient and took the time to carefully answer all my questions, ensuring I understood everything about my treatment. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism. Friendly Staff that worked me in when a leaking crown started bothering me. I had them replace the crown. The new one fit perfectly. No need to make adjustments. They took my insurance information and handled the paperwork. I couldn't be happier. I recommend them to anyone needing dental work. 5 Star Rating!
