Genuinely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. They are obviously very money hungry and do not care whether you get the procedure you absolutely need. THEY chipped my tooth and then refused to fix it until insurance would “approve the procedure”. . But somehow they got an immediate approval for a wisdom teeth removal. I a disgusted with this dentist.

They make you wait atleast 4 hours in the waiting room for your appointment, because they only have one dentist going around all the rooms. They take advantage of people with lower income insurance because they know they’re the only option these people have. Please for your sake, do not visit this dentist. You will regret it.

receptionist at front desk are so unpleasant. U ask a question nothing but huffing and puffing while getting information from 1 particular one that works in both offices stockbridge and conyers. Very rude and bringing down the establishment. I still have work that has to be done but I think I'm going to find another dentist. That receptionist is too rude for me.

Rude over the phone and in person. Always look like she absolutely hates her job. So it sets the tone for your visit.

The parking lot is extremely small for the amount of appointments they book at one time. I have been sitting for my 2:30 appointment for an hour and no one has assisted me. Before anyone asks, I was early.

I’m giving this one star if I can give it a zero*I would. To make a long story short I waited a month to get a teeth extracted just to find out that these people never sent in my insurance to get authorization, but wanted to tell me it’s because my x-rays didn’t upload properly, knowing the reason is they never sent in for my insurance to authorize my extraction. I would not recommend going there.

I would call every Monday because that’s the only day they want to be open and every time I call the lady tells me we are still waiting on the authorization, knowing they never sent it in at all. I would not recommend seeing no dentist there because there’s only one, the first time I went I waited one hour after my appointment to be seen and when the dentist seen me, she was not so nice not even welcoming or apologizing for being one hour late. and it took five minutes for her to tell me I needed my teeth polled.

What is the point of making appointments when you have to sit there for one hour definitely zero out of 10. Do not go to this place at all.
