Sage has a great system. I was texted information that allowed me to enter information ahead of my appointment and confirm it as well. They are very friendly and they answered all of my questions. The service went smoothly and they're transparent about your needs and cost. 5 stars.

This is my third time coming to this dentist and each time I’ve had to wait at least an hour in the waiting room to be seen after my scheduled appointment time. I arrived shortly after my appointment time (about 5 mins) and still had to wait extremely long. I asked the receptionist after 40 mins of waiting to see what’s going on; she proceeds to tell me she needs to check with the other receptionist (that’s literally sitting right next to each other), because she’s the Endodontist receptionist. However she didn’t ask her until about an additional 20 mins after I asked her to check again. There’s only 3 other people in the waiting room for reference, so she wasn’t too busy.

I was called back after a whopping hour and 10 minutes. After I got to the back, I started to complain to one of the employees about how if my appointment time would not be honored, then they should schedule me for an appointment time that wouldn’t have a wait time of an additional hour after arrival. One of the employees proceeded to tell me that they take same-day appointments so sometimes it gets busy. However, I don’t understand how a same-day appointment would take priority over my appointment that has been booked for more than two weeks. I don’t plan to come back for future services if I can help it and I will be calling corporate about their poor customer service in this establishment.

I also want to add even though I wasn’t a fan of the location; my Endodontist did an amazing job and she was very pleasant as well as her assistants. I don’t want to hold the communication and service provided by the reception to reflect my experience with her. The wait at the reception wouldn’t be perceived so badly if they communicated properly.

Please pay attention to your dental cleaning cost here. The hygienists will label you as a perio cleaning and you’ll have to pay extra forever. After a year of being charged extra every 3 months because I have braces, I decided to go back to the clinic I was going to before Sage for my cleaning. I was told there was minimal build up and definitely not a need for a perio cleaning. I got opinions from another dentist and 2 hygienist just to ensure I wasn’t wrong in my speculations.

I floss and brush daily. Even if I was doing a crappy job, my teeth were never as bad as she was trying to convince me that they were. Watch out for the scam.

This is my 2nd experience with this chain of dentists, I do not recommend… I came back due to poor dental work a couple years ago and I'm disappointed again. This reminds me of a dental school, feels like students preforming the procedures. STAY AWAY from SAGE Dental unless you want to experience pain, lack of professionalism, and low quality services. Update: I was charged over $2000 for root canal and crown that I have not received yet.

Do not I repeat do not come here. It’s a money grab, my treatment plan for both services was $1200. The dentist insisted I need my gums shaved down but when I went for a 2nd opinion it was not true… this is a scam, beware!!! Run!!! 🏃🏽‍♀️
