I haven’t went here but it seems to me they have the same answer for the problems people post that means they don’t even read there own reviews or have someone in the office to do that and handle the problems so thank gos I read the reviews I will not ginger

Dont go here , find yourself another dentist office where they will appreciate your business. I have called the office on 1/28/25 like 4:30 pm to make an appointment , I have lost a crown recently which was placed probably 2 years ago. I have mentioned that on the phone , gave my name , the lady said I have not been to the office for over a year and therefore she can not activate me . . Whatever that means . So she refused to schedule me for an appointment .

Back in the day I had an argument with the office personnel because , I was 15 minutes late . But it is okay for them to keep you waiting couple hours before the doctor starts treating you . This tells me they do not appreciate their patients business . I guess you have to stop by their office every couple months or so . So now I have to look for another dentist . I had been their patient since 2015 .

I had so many treatments done here over the years . crowns lasted only a year or so , and then they all felll off. I also had implant done , that one is still good . I am not sure if it is the norm for a crown to fall off in couple years.

Great dentist and hygienists. However, the office staff is absolutely horrific! They are as rude as it gets! Do yourself a favor and don’t use this place for implants. When something goes wrong with the implant in the future, the office staff will give you a hard time about fixing it and give you an attitude.

They will demand to see all dental records dating back 3 years. In addition, they are beyond disorganized in terms of dealing with your insurance company.

How to implant Done with them and the dentist is fantastic however when my temporaries broke they told me they couldn't get me in for 2 weeks leaving me to walk around with no top teeth for 2 weeks and I can barely eat as a diabetic. All Because they're experiencing a staff shortage I don't know what I'm supposed to do and now I'm looking for another dentist to give me temporary so I can get through the next 2 weeks and be able to eat so I don't end up in the hospital this is unacceptable and completely against what they discussed with me when I first Decided to proceed in addition when I first started this process they canceled an appointment on me 2 times in a row completely disorganized The dentist is great but he needs to get better support staff.

When I explained I have my father's funeral to go to the office person was completely unempathetic did not even say I'm sorry for your loss and just told me that's the best I can do
