While the office staff are friendly and professional, I am not completely satisfied with the dental implants I had done. The full arch implants are beautiful. I had 2 dental implants (4 teeth) placed on top (front teeth). The teeth do not line up with the rest of my natural teeth on top. I informed the team I was not happy when they first placed the implants. I had to go back and have them removed and placed a second time.

The second time was not much different then the first. The temporary plate was so much better and looked completely natural and in line with my teeth. After spending close to $16,000 for two implants, I am not happy at all with the outcome. Hopefully, no one else has to experience the same disappointment.

Absolutely love this dental office! Dr. Rich went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my full set of dentures. I feel confident in my smile again and it’s all due to Dr. Rich and his amazing staff. Kudos also to his assistant, Kayleigh.
