This dentist is negligent. I ultimately required an implant because of years of ignored issues that were easily spotted in about five years of my annual xrays during a retrospective review. It should have been a simple filling. Protect yourself and avoid this office.

I came to this office for years, and also brought my son and significant other because I felt Dr. Nho was honest and knowledgeable. The front desk receptionist was always warm and dental assistants friendly. Last year, shortly before my scheduled cleaning, I got a call from the receptionist, saying Dr. , Nho was no longer accepting my insurance plan. To be clear, he was still accepting Delta just not my particular Delta plan. I have one opportunity a year to change my plan through my government employer, and instead of discussing the issue he had with the plan, and giving me the opportunity to buy into a higher paying plan, he terminated me as a patient no notice given.

As a result my care was put on hold and only now a year later is being re established. Effective February 2024 I will buy into the higher paying Delta plan, but I won’t be going back to Dr. Nho nor will my family members. Shame on you Dr. Nho this was such a disrespectful dismissive way to treat your patients.

In this case, it is unfortunate that I am unable to give a zero-star review. It has been some time since we have been to his office, but we are still dealing with the aftereffects of his negligence, lack of skill, and what I can only express as greed years later. We were assigned to Dr. Oh from my husband's employer plan. There had been no lapse in dental care. It became evident quickly that something wasn't right with his practice. Within a year there was a visible and sticky spot on our child's tooth that appeared very clearly to be a cavity. His assistant agreed with the assessment, but he disagreed and therefore refused to treat it for over 6 months. After that I decided I would no longer take them there, and paid out of pocket to see our previous dentist, and am very thankful I did. His negligence ultimately resulted in her having to get the tooth pulled after an abscess developed.

This was a child that had never had a cavity before and hasn't had one in the years since. That is sadly only part of the dental nightmare Dr. Ohs dental work. During this same time frame, my husband who didn't have any issues at his cleaning the year before at our previous dentist, suddenly needed "extensive" work done. This including: crown lengthening, root canals, and crowns. Most of which was out of pocket expenses as it wasn't covered totalling thousands. My husband asked no questions and allowed the start of what would end up being a massive regret soon after. He put his trust in a dentist, that took advantage of his patients. After the first appointment to get started on the work, my husband did not want to go back, but continued believing it would get better as they progressed. It didn't, it only got worse.

He allowed him to finish the work he started and then quickly switched dental plans, and ultimately dentists. You can imagine the anger and frustration that resulted when we were told all "the work" Dr. Oh did was not only unnecessary but was done poorly. It's been around 5 years and my husband is still dealing with the consequences of this practice. The teeth that were supposed to have root canals are in constant pain, frequent headaches that interfere with daily life, and is now looking at his options to have those teeth pulled just to have relief from it. Reading these other reviews finally gave me the courage to speak up about our experience here years later as it is still something that haunts us. They should be ashamed. People put their trust in dental and Healthcare providers; young and old. Do better.

Finally, i found my dentist! Nice, informative and will save your tooth no much as possible. The last dentist i went to, made me traumatized, after telling me she needed to extract 9 of my teeth saying i have bone loss etc etc. I dont have cavities whatsoever. Told me i need to do this asap. That was horrible experience. .

I'm glad i found Dr. Oh, i should have listenned to my gut to go to this dentist prior to that Dentist by Everett mall. Will be seeing you soon Doc! I am so grateful to finally meet a dentist who knows what he is doing and not take advantage of the insurance and the patient. Highly recommended.
