If you want an appointmentwith a dentistin this office, you should go in person cause the receptionists only hang up on you when you call. Even when they have asked you your information, the call hangs up and then when you call again, they pick up the phone to hang up on you again and again and again.

Visited last year around August!! Update: I paid for a rubber dam that they didn’t use during the root canal treatment. This place is a SCAM!!!! RECEPTION: RUDE STAFF DENTISTS: they keep on changing dentist, i was in the middle of root canal treatment and for my next visit my dentist is not there anymore so the new dentists finished what the other dentists started AND THAT SUCKS!! Okay soo, they ask me if I want the zirconia crown or the cheaper one which has the metal. So I said I want the zirconia cuz it will look nicer.

TURNS OUT they got me the other one. (I PAID FOR THE ZIRCONIA) which is more expensive. At first they did not inform me about it, i just notice when i got home I have this black spot on my crown that’s why I go back and ask the dentist as to why is it like this, and the dentist said “OH THEY DIDNT TELL YOU ABOUT THE REFUND, the lab ended up making the crown with metal cuz blah blah blah….

” My point is IF I DID NOT ASK? THEY WILL NOT LET ME KNOW WHAT HAPPEN, AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT I PAID FOR THE ZIRCONIA CROWN!??? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME COMING HERE! ALSO, THE TOOTH THAT HAD ROOT CANAL IS IN PAIN RIGHT NOW, SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETREATMENT AGAIN!!!

Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and seemed to show favoritism. Despite having an earlier appointment, I was left waiting while others who came after me were allowed to see the doctor first. This shows a complete lack of management and fairness. It felt like a corrupt and poorly run office. I strongly advise others to avoid this dental clinic.
