Dr Brian and his entire staff are so friendly and welcoming! They go out of their way to talk to the kids and make them feel comfortable! My daughter and son had to have some dental work done, the front desk staff were super quick and accommodating to get them in. The dental hygienists, Cassie and Brittany were absolutely amazing! I was overwhelmed by how kind, funny, and playful they were with my kids. From the very beginning they played and joked in order to get the kids comfortable with them and that was never lost throughout the entire visit.

They continued to talk to them about things they loved but also perfectly described everything single thing they were doing so they weren’t scared but were informed. I cannot express how much we love this office! If only they could also be my dental office too!

A recent tooth filling appointment at this practice resulted in an unexpected and troublesome injury to my child's mouth and lip. While the procedure itself seemed routine at the time, a painful wound developed shortly thereafter. This wound unfortunately became infected, leading to weeks of significant discomfort for my child, including sleepless nights. We had to seek medical treatment to resolve the infection.

As a parent, it was distressing to see my child suffer so much following a standard dental procedure. This is not the standard of care I would expect.

We love visiting Sanders! Dr Molly is so kind and she has been such an amazing resource for us since our kiddo has sensory issues when it comes to his mouth. The entire crew is so fun and clearly loves working with kids. I will always recommend them any time another mom asks me for the best dentist in Hamilton County.

My family has been coming to this dental office for years, and we always had great experiences—until the practice changed hands. Unfortunately, since the new young doctor took over, I’ve noticed a significant change in how things are run. Appointments feel rushed, with little time spent explaining findings or treatment options. It’s more like a quick in-and-out process rather than a thorough, patient-centered visit. The real disappointment came when they recommended extensive dental work for my child, including multiple crowns, with very little explanation.

When I expressed concerns and asked for alternatives, my questions weren’t fully addressed. To make things worse, the front desk informed me that I couldn’t schedule my child’s next cleaning unless I agreed to the crowns, which felt like an ultimatum rather than patient care. Feeling uncomfortable with this approach, I took my child and their X-rays to another pediatric dentist for a second opinion. The new dentist patiently explained the situation, provided alternative treatments that didn’t require crowns, and reassured me that there were other ways to manage the cavities. This confirmed my suspicion that the original recommendation was overly aggressive.

I am leaving this practice feeling judged and unheard as a parent, which is not how healthcare should feel. It’s disappointing to see a once-great practice shift toward what seems like a high-pressure, profit-driven approach. I would not recommend this office to parents looking for a thoughtful and caring pediatric dentist.
