Sandy Modern Dentistry truly is an amazing dental office. To make a long story short, I recently began to experience horrible pains in my mouth. Due to one of my wisdom teeth growing in crooked and cracking the tooth directly next to it. My original dental office ended up cancelling on me 3 days before my wisdom teeth removal was scheduled. And when I called Sandy Modern Dentistry, Megan immediately helped me the same day my prior office cancelled on me.

She was able to help me get my dental records sent over, helped me with my surgery deposit, and most of all was so kind. Whether it was over the phone, or in person, Megan at reception was such a gem to work with. Their entire team was AMAZING! Dr. Potter was so thorough, ensuring that I had a care package to take home with me, that I got the correct meds and that I felt safe and comfortable during my visit. The dental assistants were such lovely people.

They helped my family get me into my car, and were so sweet to me even though I cried non-stop while coming out of my anaesthesia. Thank you Sandy Modern Dental for all that you have done for me. You truly are one of the only dental offices I feel comfortable at, and I will always recommend your team.

I'm moving and it's so sad to say goodbye to the office that I've been going to for almost six years. Theyve done so much for me in my time here. They always make sure their patients are comfortable and can get flexible payments. I'm gonna miss going here, which is weird to say about a dentist office. Thanks a lot everyone for everything.

I go to the dentist religiously every 6 months for a cleaning and exam and have excellent oral health. My insurance changed and I needed to find a new dentist. I usually rely on my wife to find a good dentist as she’s a retired hygienist and someone I can bounce recommended treatments suggested to me by the dentist. I went to Sandy Modern Dentistry 3 times. Each time I had a different dentist and 2 out of the 3 times I was pressured for additional services.

The first time they said I needed a “deep” cleaning? Strange since it was 6 months since my last cleaning. She also told me I needed crowns for my molars? The second time with another dentist nothing was said about crowns but this time I needed gum grafts for receding gums. In a year and a half only 1 of the 3 dentists is still there. I did some research and learned they are owned by Pacific Dental Services, a $2billion company that pressures their dentists to generate a minimum level of revenue. This is why their dentists are recommending unneeded procedures.

I find this very unethical and I will be looking for a new dentist. Know before you go.
