I have been coming to this dentist office for about the past 4 years and have enjoyed my experience. All of the staff members are kind, helpful, and always great you with a smile. Kessie was a 12/10 and took such great care of my teeth. My cleaning was efficient but did not feel rushed in the slightest. I highly recommend for your next dentist appointment!

I have been at this practice location for over 30 years. Last week I visited for the first time since this practice was purchased by Sandy Springs Smiles. I had a terrible experience, and neither I nor the rest of my family will ever return. I am a regular patient and I visit the dentist every 6 months. My appointment was scheduled for 11 am, and I was not called back until 11:40. A woman whom I assumed was my hygienist did not introduce herself and proceeded to take X-rays. Then I waited in the chair until a male hygienist arrived and did a very aggressive gum check with the prickly metal device. He then announced that I needed a “deep cleaning” and left. Finally the dentist arrived and looked at my teeth. She told me that I needed a crown (which I was aware of from my previous visits). She also recommended that I wear my mouth guard at night.

At this point an hour and a half had passed since my appointment time, and no one had cleaned my teeth. Finally a sales woman came in with a “treatment plan. ” She told me that the “deep cleaning” would cost $1,752. 36 but “only” $642. 68 with my insurance. I told her that I was shocked that after waiting over an hour and a half, she was dropping this shocking treatment plan. I have never had a dentist mention a “deep cleaning” to me. I asked her how my teeth could have deteriorated this much in six months, and she said she could not speak to my prior dental work. I pointed out that it is all in my files that go back over 30 years. I then told her that I wanted a regular cleaning. And she said they would not perform this, because it would be “under treating” me.

She then showed me another treatment plans for two crowns. The dentist only mentioned one. This quote was for $6,932. 00 before insurance and $3,208. 10 after insurance. This practice only wants money and does not have their patients best interests. I have major dental phobia stemming from a root canal as a child. Under the new ownership, no one acknowledged this even though it is in my files. I will never step foot in here again. This is the worst dental experience I have ever had. Do not use this practice!

I’m very happy with my visit. My treatment plan was very informative and my exam was very thorough. Everyone was super pleasant and extremely positive. Very positive and nonjudgmental. I don’t live close by, but the drive will definitely be worth it for all of my future dentist visits.
