As long as your child is well and you have an appointment, you are fine. If you schedule a sick appointment, you will be waiting 1-2 hours in the parking lot. I have brought my daughter for sick visits three times, with a scheduled appointment, made the day before.
And yet we still wait well over an hour. When I call to check on the status, I'm told we are next, but next is always another 30 minutes or more.

Update: Although my insurance told them on a three way call to simply re-submit the bills, they continued to mail me collection agency threats. I finally got my insurance to call them and get things paid and now I received a $30 bill for “depression screen. ” A sheet of paper they asked me to fill out while juggling a new born without any mention of it being optional. Now they’re saying my insurance doesn’t cover it and I’m not crazy enough to pay $30 for being forced to fill out a sheet of paper. Cannot believe this office. Absolutely trash of an office. No accountability or professionalism.
I don’t know how they feel comfortable representing Sanford. Called to cancel an appt and was called TWICE about missing the cancelled appt. Spoke to someone who claimed to save the note in the system. Evening before the second appt I get a call about them needing my insurance policy after I had sent it via email over a month before. Arribe to be told try tried to verify it and it shows inactive. I call my provider who explained it is active, but there’s an issue with the birthday on their end which can be easily fixed. But this office called once without a message then the night before without communicating the issue.
They canceled my appt after I drove an hr and took s day off work. Told me it was my responsibility to have my insurance squared away as if they didn’t fail to communicate. And as I’m in a hot car on the phone with insurance with a crying baby, the nurse tells me not to have an attitude. On top of that, I find out that had planned to give my baby shots without warning me. God was looking out, never coming back. Finding a more reliable office before entrusting my child’s medical care to such careless people.

No one You need to know
My kids have been coming here since they they were born. They see Dr. Tammy Lloyd and she is and has always been amazing with my kids. A lot of the Doctors here are amazing.
I see a lot of these reviews are bad and some I understand. At any pediatric office you will have a wait, no matter we’re you go IF they are doing the job correct! and actually treating the patient and listening to the parents concerns ,Then you will have a wait. If not then your run in to the issue of well the doctor does not listen and rushed through the visit. Which in my opinion is way worse, because yes I have had this happen to my own child and he wound up in the hospital needing emergency surgery because of it.
Luckily I found the doctors they see now. 9/10 times this office will bend over backwards to accommodate however they can in my experience that is not to say I have not had any visits were a staff member ticked me off because I certainly have, but over the years (14 to be exact) lol I have sort of formed a relationship with the amazing doctors, and nurses no mater what some do to tick me off now and then which is rare extremely rare might I add it is more then worth it!! Never let negative reviews or positive for that matter sway you because every parent will have their own expectations and experience, but with that said in my personal humble opinion these doctors nurses and staff are amazing will will do the best they can to help your child at all cost. This is the BEST PLACE TO BRING YOUR KIDS! Staff is very nice and it’s clean! I love the way it’s set up! I 100% recommend Sanford pediatric dentist for children they clean your teeth they are very good with your kids! My son is 10 years old and he loves them they are awesome! There’s like 5 different dentist in this office is very big parents get to go in the back with the children! The waiting room is great they have a Video game room!!
