Unfriendly environment, staff and dentist have zero proffesionalism. Dentist did not meet my expectations. First Impressions on my first day of x-ray wasn't friendly. But gave it another chance to prove me wrong . Today was another day of a bad day in the dentist chair. Cleaning was rough and horrible. Heavy hand and horrible cleaning I've ever experienced in my entire life.

I will not recommend this office!!! Plus horrible personally!!!. I usually love my cleaning and look forward to a nice cleaning, unfortunately my dentist is like an hour drive and Dr Yu was the closest. . . . but never again. Going back to my original beautiful dentist with beautiful office.

This office needs alot of work on staff and renovation or a good update. Looks like a jail house. I'm in tears right now, my mouth hurts from the quick ,in a hurry cleaning service. It's been 40 mins now and my mouth are throbbing. I even make the assistant to discontinue the flossing cause my mouth hurts. Just so sad to experience this!!!

Unfriendly staff, I went there for nothing, 8:30am app. Sitting till 9:00am then, check my tooth for nothing recommending another dentist,4 patient at same time so the Dr. Is in a hurry to finish like he is on marathon, I guess collecting insurance pay is enough I don't recommend this place.

Excellent service. Dr Yu is always professional and dedicated. I love this office because they accepts walk-ins in case of emergencies or regular visits. If you have a bad tooth come right away to this dental office.

I’ve come here twice over the course of a couple months now for the same issue, filling my cracked cavity I even went to a children’s doctor because of his treatment of me. I have a very traumatic experience with a needle and it’s made me develop an extreme phobia of needles and I’ve been trying to work through it but it’s still extremely difficult for me. This dentist is extremely impatient and rude.

I am a very positive person and I always try to say good things about people but this dentist is rude and impatient he also refused to take accountability for his own actions and words when I told my mom what happened. The assistant who was beside me had calmed me down due to her kindness and warmth and she even held my hand so I had calmed down she also got me the numbing jelly because I had requested it but I got scared cuz we had to do the shot I just needed a moment to compose myself and the assistant helped me and I eventually got myself to close my eyes and open my mouth but I called out for my mom because I was scared but I still had my mouth open and to this the dentist told me “if your gonna be this way we wont do it” so I closed my mouth again because Im scared once again and to this the dentist started saying he doesnt have time for this and he has other paitents and to go somewhere else. If it weren’t for his rudeness we would have gotten it done.

And when he heard me explain what had happened to my mom he came in and denied he ever did it when he literally did and said I had my mouth closed the whole time WHEN I SPECIFICALLY REMEMBER I HAD MY MOUTH OPEN FOR A LITTLE BIT but me sayinf “mom” made him go “if ur gonna say that we wont do it” which made me close my mouth again cuz it made me feel unsafe in a situation I already felt unsafe the thing is I skipped my ballet lesson for this so he wasted everyones time if Im being honest wish I never went here today I could have been in ballet class instead I also called today off I normally work on the weekends so I called off and used my calling off points on nothing. wasted my time and Im frustrated at this dentist. I could have went to work today, I could have been in ballet class and I could have spent the time going to the dentist studying for my exams but no I go and sacrifice my own time and important things for him to refuse to work on me because Im too difficult because he can not wait when all he had to do was not say anything and it would have already been over an hour ago
