While I absolutely love Dr. Hackett and the dental assistants, reception needs some work. There is a receptionist who is extremely rude. She has made scheduling mistakes on more than one occasion and when you ask about it immediately turns nasty and blames the client. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be an ongoing issue.

Due to this we will be looking for a new dentist. Clients don’t deserve to be treated this way and it reflects poorly on the staff who is actually really amazing. I’m not sure what happened to the office because things like this were never an issue previously but it’s definitely not a good look. I will spend my hard earned money at a place who has respect for their clients.

I have been going to Sault Dental Arts for many years. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hackett and the staff. I love my hygienist- she is very thorough and knowledgeable, she's pleasant and makes me feel comfortable each visit. She also does a lot of hygiene teaching with my kids (and me).

I also asked about the sterile processing set up and the dental assistant explained everything and I could see (from the hall) that they have a high end set up. The front office staff are always helpful and kind, and I appreciate the text or email reminders. My kids are comfortable and have always loved their "loot bag" at the end of the appt and they also pick a surprise from the treasure bin. I often suggest Sault Dental Arts when talking to family and friends but never thought to leave a google review until now. Thanks for the many years of amazing care Sault Dental Arts!

Dental work in general isn’t the most pleasant experience - especially if you need a lot of work done. I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 10 years due to not having insurance & being young and dumb. I never once felt judged for how much work was needed. The hygienist Stephanie & Dr Hackett were patient, kind and very helpful. They also take the time to answer questions we may have.

When I needed fillings replaced I was surprised at how comfortable everything was. The chair was so comfy and had massage functions, the lights were dim & they had a tv to watch. Dr Hackett and his assistant worked so well together, everything went quickly and smoothly. My children and whole family have been going to them for the last two years now & have had a pleasant experience every time.

I went there for my son's appointment and I couldn't be more satisfied. Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming. My son was a little scared & shy before entering but they made him comfortable and he says he loves this place. Definitely coming back for anything & everything dental related. Wish I could rate it 10 stars. Thank you for such amazing service!
