The quality of service is OK. However, the experience is weird. I feel that this dentistry from my own experience, they want to get more money so they always rush to the next patients. I mean, I understand, as a business, it is a legit thing to do, however, every patient is important.

Do more communication with your patient, explain your procedure and their conditions and make sure they understand, instead of just come doing the operations and leaving for the next one immediately. It really makes us think you don't care about your patients.

Dr. Scharfenberger is very good in his work. No doubt about it! But one of his staff behaved in such a rude and impolite manner that it does not showcase the overall good capability of the Dentistry. I hope they overcome such instances of oneupmanship very soon and be judicious in the tone and tenor of their voice when speaking to a patient.

I have been a patient of Scharfenberger Family Dentistry for over 15 years. The experience starts with the front office staff, who remember me and my kids as they have grown. They are very helpful with scheduling for the entire family. I can also get in within a reasonable time for emergencies. The hygienist are all very professional and personable and I love they make over my kid's effort with cleaning their teeth. My daughter is very shy, and they did a wonderful job letting her watch and "assist" with her brother's cleaning to make her more comfortable. Dr.

Ed does a great job at explaining what is needed vs. just trying to up sale you like at some of the chain dentist offices that my friends have tried in the past. He likes to make plans on watching problem areas and what to do to improve them instead of just pushing procedures. He also is very kind to the kids who enjoy visiting the office. Overall I highly recommend the office.

I have finally found a dentist and the entire staff who truly cares. I’m not a fan of coming to the dentist, but Dr. Shannon and her hygienist are always gentle and do everything to make me comfortable.

I highly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a dentist. The hygienist who did my cleaning was so gentle, kind, concerned and knowledgeable. She gave me great recommendations to continue taking care of my teeth
