Made an appointment six months ago They checked my insurance said they accepted it when I went in today they told me they did not. Kelly repeatedly told me she did not make the appointment and they never check insurance before making appointments. Well they did check and they should at least not be condescending when dealing with patients.
She was more concerned with it not being her fault than the waste of time and my inconvenience.

The new dental office is really nice and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Schmitt. I would definitely recommend Dr Schmitt for anybody who needs dental work.
As long as he is practicing dentistry I will be a loyal patient. The only thing that dentist office is missing is an aquarium. Watching fish swim around and a nice aquarium is very calming.

I had not been to the dentist in many years. Dr Schmitt, Lori and Carrie took very good care of me and made me feel at ease. They went above and beyond. All the staff, including reception was pleasant and inviting! Thank you to the whole team as you all do a wonderful job!

It was a long time since i've seen a dentist and Dr Schmitt did excellent work. I had an urgent situation and his staff got me in the next day. From the building, to the staff and Dr Michael Schmitt, my dental visits were far better than I could have imagined. Thank you Dr Schmitt
