I live in Oklahoma and have a terrible time getting dental appointments here. I visit my daughter in PA frequently, so when I went with my daughter when she took my grandchildren to Dr. Learn for a visit, I asked if I could get an appointment. They were able to get me in quickly, due to a cancellation. I have now been there twice and must say that the office staff is wonderful and Dr.

Learn is exceptional. I have had a crown replaced and dental cleaning. The dental technicians are exceptional too. My next cleaning is in May 2016 and I look forward to it.

WOW!! Where do I begin?! First off, if you're apprehensive about leaving your current dentist, this is your cue to do it and look no further than Dr. Learn's office. The ladies at the front desk made it super easy for me to get my records transferred from my previous dentist over to them. Next, they kept me on a call list so that I was notified of any potential openings prior to my scheduled appointment. Furthermore here comes the best part. . .

. my appointment experience!! The hygienist (Mary I believe) was AMAZING 👏🏻 she was knowledgeable, she was sweet, she was fun! She took her time and was thorough with her work. Their state-of-the-art equipment that can detect issues invisible to the eye was a game changer for me. In this case, they were able to address concerns and are promptly implementing further treatment. Additionally, the doctor working with Dr. Learn was kind, educational, and was the only doctor to ever address my jaw clicking. Something of major importance to me was the communication between the hygienist and front desk ladies regarding insurance.

They were transparent from the beginning as to whether I was in network or not and notified me of any out of pocket costs before I agreed to doing a treatment/procedure. Finally, I want to address the atmosphere of this place. Post covid, I feel like a lot of businesses and industries lack compassion and patience due to shortstaffing and burnout, rightfully so! HOWEVER, the people working in this office have displayed zero type of struggle on their faces which leads me to believe that they genuinely love their jobs, take pride in their work, and are being taken care of by their employer. Let's face it, the way an employee is treated will have an effect on how the patient is treated. So whatever Dr. Learn has implemented to retain staff and maintain company morale is visible to me. And I think they're doing a heck of a job! 💗 Thank you all so much who helped me, can't wait to go back! If you're still reading this, MAKE THE CHANGE! GO TO DR LEARN!!!

I am generally fearful of the dentist and Covid gave me an excuse not to go. However, 4 years of absence caused me incredible pain from untreated cavities. I had to find a dentist . Dr Learns practice is near my house, so made an appointment. Walking in for my appointment , I was carrying shame that I let my teeth get so bad and fear that I would get a dentist lecture. Plus fear of pain from childhood experiences.

I called and made an appointment with Dr Learn. From the first moment I walked into the door the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They checked over what was happening and made a plan to fix the most painful first then go from there. Never, was I ever made to feel embarrassed or ashamed by my teeth. No lecture or sternnesses. Just a genuine concern for what was bothering me.

I am several months down the road now. My teeth look and feel great. I just went for my annual cleaning and for once had no anxiety. I knew every member of the staff was friendly and Dr Learn would be understanding. If you have complicated issues and are seeking out an understanding dentist and staff, please give this office a call. You will not be disappointed!!

I've been coming to this office for a while, and I have to say the dental hygienists are fantastic—thorough, gentle, and professional. However, my experience with the dentist has been disappointing. Instead of focusing on my dental health, it often feels like I’m being given a sales pitch for Invisalign rather than receiving personalized care.

I appreciate recommendations for treatments when they are necessary, but I don’t want to feel like a customer being upsold. I am not just a wallet.
