This is a really nice dentist. My previous dentist left gaps in between my teeth from feelings and she refilled them in bueatifully. I been going here a while to know that this is a really good place. There is many other things they did for me but I don't think there is enough room to write . Please visit this place you will not regret it.

The only reason I even gave them one star was because Google wouldn't let me not give any stars. I have never been more displeased with a place in my entire life. Last appointment I had Jaqueline rushed thru my appointment and procedures because she didn't want to run behind.

The next day I had extreme pain and discomfort and upon calling them back the receptionist was not only rude but was clearly not listening to anything I said because she was telling the doctor wrong information. They brushed my pain and discomfort off and gave me antibiotics, which did nothing. Thankfully I was able to get in at another dentist, upon doing X-rays here I was told that the fillings I just had done at Scott family dental were done incorrectly and there is still decay under the teeth causing my discomfort and I now need a root canal.

It is going to cost me over a thousand dollars to fix the mistakes made here and to get the work done that she neglected to do. I will never in my life reccomend Scott family dental to anyone, unless you want half the work done and want to pay thousands of dollars down the road to have someone more competent fix their mistakes.

I highly recommend! My 7 year old son was experiencing a lot of discomfort with a cavity. I called my normal dentist on Thursday before Labor Day and they told me they were leaving the office in 30 minutes for the holiday weekend and I'd have to wait until Tuesday for an appointment. I then called Dr Jacqueline's office, which was also closing soon for the long holiday weekend. I explained my situation, but we were not an existing patient.

They told me to come right over & within 30 minutes my son was in her chair having work done. Dr Jacqueline was extremely friendly and her entire staff made my son feel comfortable in a scary situation for a 7 year old. Needless to say, we have a new dentist!
