Tried to get a tooth pulled ... Took over a 1hr and half could NOT get it out.... But the dentist was very calm and tried to make sure i was comfortable as possible. Very friendly staff. But my children go here and they are amazing with children !

it’s wild how many practices continue to fail on simple things. And just after I was giving them props earlier this week nonetheless. I called today and said “I think I had an appointment scheduled but must have lost my card/didn’t receive a call/voicemail as before. But can I schedule one?” Receptionist that’s not the one from previous visits - “ no I don’t see one. Except the one you had on June 5th.
” I said well yeah that’s it. What number was called? “The one you’re calling from, I called (wrong number)” I give them my number again. They then proceed to tell me the next availability is Jan 2024. Be for real. We both had hiccups but I’m gonna wait another 6 months?

They keep cancelling appointments then want to reschedule 4 months out. I have teeth problems and need 4 extractions. Waited 4 months after my evaluation to finally be seen. Well the first appointment was cancelled then the next was an extraction followed by another appointment that the dentist was off so they did a cleaning instead then another extraction followed by another cancellation and now can't see me until October to take care of a problem that was scheduled to already be taken care of.
I guess they just wait until all your teeth fall out. Very disappointing to say the least.

I went here and had no issues the staff is very friendly the dr was thorough. They had to numb me up quite a bit but got the teeth out.
