I don't like to leave negative reviews but this place has been frustrating every time I've been. Went in today for an appt to have a gum issue checked out and also had a loose bridge that needs re-cemented. Was told that I could only have one issue looked at due to it being a limited service appt. I chose the re-cement. They did an x-ray that I considered not to be necessary. I then sat waiting on the dentist for 50 minutes only to be told that yes, my bridge is loose but I need to make another appt to have it taken care of! They offered me an appointment tomorrow morning though.

I declined. WHY??? What are they guys doing??? My first experience here was just as bad. I had made an appointment for a check-up/cleaning. These guys wont do both at the same time. Separate appts for check-up and then had to make another appt for the cleaning. To top it off, during the cleaning, the dentist tried to destroy my gums and I've had some sort of blister on my gum since his exam.

Maybe it's coincidence, maybe not. The dentist did nothing but bad-mouth the $18K of restoration work that I had done at the graduate prosthodontic clinic at UNC. Most all of the folks working here are nice but I have no clue why this place seems so messed up. I don't ever plan to return! I would recommend going elsewhere if you can.

Worst dental experience ever! Not only did I have to wait for over an hour after my appointment time just to be seen but then I also had the pleasure of the Dentist trying to make up for lost time on my teeth. He was extremely rude, inefficient and ineffective. My tooth still has issues. The one saving grace at this location was the dental assistants.

The 2 I had contact with were very personable and nice people. Unfortunately, that wasn't enough. I DO NOT and WILL NOT recommend going to this location!!!!

This place is so terrible. Every single time I have tried to schedule an appointment it is never possible because they are so severely understaffed. They told me to come in at 8:am in the morning to POSSIBLY get me in. The doctors are rude. And it’s very obvious they don’t care about their patients schedules or time. At this time I suggest they just shut this place down. There’s barely any dentists there.

You can’t get patients to book appointments because you don’t know if there is going to be enough staff on that day. So you have them walk in at 8:am to MAYBE get them into an appointment. Awful place. The last time I was there the dentist that was working with me would not stop talking to me about how much she hates her job and hates working there. Why would you ever let someone talk that way to a patient. Terrible.
