Terrible place to go. Husband had tooth pain for month went in they said yes they needed to pull the tooth. Scheduled him for 3 months out!! Tooth pain continued and finally got to the point of not being able to stand it any longer. Called again they finally gave him an appt in a few days and said if we were late they would not reschedule. Got to the appt early and still waited for over 30 minutes for their staff to arrive to check us in. Once the tooth was pulled the dentist tells him yeah there is infection here, sews it up and no antibiotics no nothing. This was a saturday, by monday still pain now ears, sinus etc are a problem go to the walk in and yep absess at tooth area and sinus and ear infection is raging.

Get an antibiotic and start a 10 day process. Not getting better goes to the Dr. again. Now the tooth that was "removed" is poking out and broke through the healed over skin. NOW we are onto another dentist to get this resolved.

Horrible Horrible customer service they lie and toss you around like you don't mean anything. I had an appointment for 2:30 that I had booked weeeellll in advanced. Got there before the appointment and there was no where to park with their lot full so I called and told them I was outside and asked for additional parking and the girl advised me to try to find somewhere along the street and that she would let the staff know I was here but looking for a parking spot and told me I'd still get my appointment.

Drove around a couple minutes and finally found a place to park where I would then have to walk a couple blocks to the building. I get in and all seems well they check me in make me sign forms and sit and wait and then 10 minutes later call me up to the desk and tell me I'm now on standby appointment and need to sit here and wait for someone to potentially not show up for their appointment so I can be seen mind you this was all just the young girls at the front desk. I explained my situation proved I called ahead of my appointment and asked to speak to someone higher up and they would not let me.

Do not go here if you want to be treated with respect and truthfulness. It's truly a disappointment when you're in pain and have waited for an appointment show up on time and then get tossed out because they don't have a big enough parking lot to support their patients.

I'm not sure what was happening a few years back but now they aren't that bad got two teeth extracted here and they were very punctual and well organized.
