When it comes to medical and dental care, on Medicaid, getting a good provider seems to be very much hit or miss. Working within the parameters of Medicaid can be difficult, but with all information considered, I would say that honestly Sea-Mar is an excellent Dental provider. Dr. Kelly and her staff were all very kind, attentive and Dr. Kelly answered all of my questions thoroughly. I have not had dental care for a very long time, and naturally I was nervous about everything.

Dr. Kelly gave special attention to my anxieties, and explained everything to me so I would feel comfortable. So, overall, and so far, things have been good. All I can hope for now is that the billing process goes smoothly. I have heard horror stories already, and I hope that Medicaid will pay for everything.

I don't have anything bad to say about this place. I honestly really like all of the humans that work here 😃 however,Dr. Kelly is a gem. She does excellent work, cosmetic and otherwise.

It's like, she actually wanted my teeth to look good and was not just doing her job, she went above and beyond what I expected and I love how it looks. I REALLY appreciate how sweet she is and she loves what she does and it shows.

I’ve been putting off getting my cavities filled 4-5 times now but finally went in to get them done and Dr. Kelly has been so patient with me and just so amazing to me.

DON’T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! FIND A REAL DENTIST, DON’T COME HERE! Booked an “emergency” appt for new/never before pain. Took them THREE months to get me in. Before my appt I called to remind them it was in regard to pain I was having. The receptionist said “umm ok and?” I said I thought it should be on file so they know what I’m coming in for exactly. They said I could just tell the person that sees me, myself. I should’ve knew then it was already going to be a bad experience. I get to the office and it seemed ok.

I explained to the “dentist” what I was there for. They do a bunch of X-rays then tell me to book my next appt. I was soooo confused! I spent months in pain waiting for this appt for them to do absolutely NOTHING! I ask what’s going to be done and they said nothing. It looks like I might need a root canal so they were going to need to schedule me for an appt asap because it might just be a simple filling. Again I’m confused as to why I waited 3 months to have them to tell me to book another appt. The woman specifically said let’s get her in asap because she might not actually need a root canal. They look up the availability and said ok we can see you in THREE MONTHS (again!) I’m like didn’t you just hear her say it was urgent? I’ve already waited 3 months why would I wait again? She said well we can put you on a list and hopefully someone cancels.

I decided it was in my best interest to find a new dentist. Unfortunately what this place did was use up all of what ins would cover for X-rays forcing me to stay stuck with them because if I went to a new dentist they would need X-rays and I would have to pay out of pocket for it. I tried to get a hold on my X-rays to provide to the new facility but they took over 3 weeks to finally hand them over but by then the new facility said they can’t accept them because they were too old and now I would have to pay out of pocket for new ones. I can’t afford that so it left me stuck with this crappy dentist office. Other dentist offices I tried to book with have all informed me that SeaMar does the same thing to all their patients.
